Parameters

A DoubleComplexTriDiagMatrix: A tridiagonal matrix.
B DoubleComplexTriDiagMatrix: A tridiagonal matrix.

Return Value

Boolean
False if the matrices have the different dimensions, or have different values.

Remarks

The comparison of the values is done using operator== for DoubleComplex types. Therefore, the values of the matrices must be exactly equal for this method to return false.
